Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days within the U.S.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for assistance.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

We accept all major US credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) as well as debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to process credit cards issued outside of the United States at this time.

Please Note: Refunds are issued to the original prepaid cardholder or account. Make sure that your card is registered to the address you want the refund to get sent back order in case of any future issues with your account.
